"Rebecca is smart, a great listener, and truly helpful."

"She's good at telling you what you need to hear"
"Rebecca is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. She has continued to meet me on my level without any judgement. She takes the time to educate and is receptive to any questions. She is also very honest and open, making the experience feel less clinical/scary. I think she would be a great fit for anyone looking for a direct, calm, caring approach with a touch of lighthearted humor."
“Rebecca is a skilled and creative therapist who uses evidence-based therapeutic methods to assist clients in accessing their core values and beliefs, supporting them in developing a compassionate and profound understanding of themselves.“
"I would absolutely recommend Rebecca, especially to neurodiverse AFAB humans. The most qualified social worker I've had the pleasure of being treated by. I feel like she listens very well, and has a great deal of respect for the autonomy of her patients."

I don't believe that therapy is about quick fixes or endless talking in circles—it’s about working together to understand your patterns, build skills, and move toward a life that feels more like yours. I bring a mix of curiosity, humor, and evidence-based strategies to help you make sense of your mind and navigate life’s challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, I’d love to be on your team.

Are we a good fit?
My ideal client is curious, self-motivated, and values self-knowledge and growth. They are determined to feel better and open to stepping into discomfort in the short term to build longterm relief.
Most importantly, they are willing.
You don’t need to know exactly how to move forward, but you are willing to engage with the process of therapy: you show up for sessions, report symptoms and feedback honestly to me, put in a good faith effort when practicing new skills, you are open-minded to new strategies, you are communicative when something doesn’t feel right, and you can commit to your safety between sessions.
There is no expectation to be perfect - it’s natural to have an ebb and flow with symptoms. -- And you’re allowed to be skeptical about the process! I don’t ask clients to put blind faith into me… but meet me halfway! You can only get out of therapy what you put in.
